Welcome

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Nydza School of Dance and Performing Arts. My Passion for dance began at a young age and has continued through both my professional dance career and my 24 years as a very successful dance teacher.
I danced professionally for over 12 years and my diverse career included work on the stage, television and international tours.  This experience has been invaluable in enabling me to prepare my older students both technically as high calibre dancers and for the realities of life as a professional dancer.

I am very passionate about all styles of dance but my particular expertise is in Ballet, Tap and Jazz.  I teach, choreograph and perform all three to a high standard.  I have an impressive track record of training and motivating dancers, aged 2 to adults and this is backed up by the success my students achieve in exams and in the number of students who continue onto full time ballet/performing arts establishments, (e.g. The Royal Ballet Upper School, Ballet Rambert, Central Ballet School and Laine Theatre Arts) or into professional dance companies.

We follow the British Ballet Organisation (BBO) syllabus.  Within the BBO our school is held in very high regard and we have the reputation for producing dancers who are both technically and artistically of a high standard.  I am keen for my students to experience a wide range of dance and performance skills and enlist teachers of the highest calibre to teach different workshops.

We are a thriving school which strives for excellence for all students.  Whether a student wishes to dance as a career or as a leisure interest I make sure they have every opportunity to reach their full potential and to gain a love of dance.

To be a successful dancer, discipline and good levels of attendance are crucial.  The Nydza School of Dance has high expectations with regards to dress code, personal conduct and attendance.  I am proud that over the years the school has developed an excellent reputation for the above and our students are often complimented when visiting other schools, seminars and summer schools.

I take great pride in offering students a professional and friendly atmosphere in which to dance and classes are held in purpose built studios with good quality sprung floors.
As Principal of the school, I look forward to a long, professional and rewarding relationship with all my students.
